Jesus, if your rxn time behind the wheel doesn't permit stopping or even "slowing" for a x-ing duck (in a 15-20mph zone), then you should probably consider having your eyes examined, your head checked and your license revoked. Think about it; if a duck moving at 2mph isn't safe around you, then is a kid darting into the street to grab...say a ball...likely to fare any better?
